Smart Stories allows you to opt-in for one of 3 billing plans: standard, premium and enterprise.
All 3 plans offer:
unlimited stories: no limitations in terms of the number of stories you can create and embed into your e-commerce store.
unlimited media: no limitations in terms of the type of media (images, audio, video, 3D) or the number of stories tabs you want to create.
unlimited support: we are available to support via live chat and email to help implement and answer any questions no matter the plan you have selected!
The difference between the 3 plans
number of views: the standard plan offers up to 20,000 views per month, the premium plan offers up to 100,000 views and the enterprise plan offers unlimited views.
video uploads: The standard plan allows up to 1 hour of video uploads per month - which means that the total duration of the videos you upload in your stories shouldn't exceed 1 hour in total. The premium and enterprise plans' limit is 10 hours.
watermark: no watermark in all three plans.
