Smart Stories allows you to opt-in for one of 3 billing plans: free, standard and premium.
All 3 plans offer:
unlimited stories: no limitations in terms of the number of stories you can create and embed into your e-commerce store.
unlimited media: no limitations in terms of the type of media (images, audio, video, 3D) or the number of stories tabs you want to create.
unlimited support: we are available to support via live chat and email to help implement and answer any questions no matter the plan you have selected!
The difference between the 3 plans
number of views: the free plan is capped to 1,000 views per month, the standard plan offers up to 20,000 views per month and the premium plan offers up to 100,000 views.
video uploads: the free plan allows up to 10 minutes of video uploads per month - which means that the total duration of the videos you upload in your stories shouldn't exceed 10 minutes in total. The standard plan's limit is 1 hour and the premium plan 10 hours.
watermark: the free plan shows a Smart Stories logo as a watermark in the top left corner of your videos while the standard and premium plans don't.
